Located in the heart of Westminster, we are a Grade II listed multi-purpose event and conference venue, hosting almost 1,000 unique events a year.
A prime Central London location
One of the capital’s true hidden gems, we are set within Dean’s Yard and offer a peaceful and green setting along with stunning views of Westminster Abbey whilst being only a few minutes’ walk from Big Ben, The Houses of Parliament and St James’s Park. We are served by excellent transport links and are within easy walking distance of both Westminster and St James’s Park underground stations, Victoria, Waterloo and Charing Cross mainline train stations.
Nineteen rooms with character
Our 19 event and meeting rooms are full of character and range from the large and impressive to the small and intimate. Our flexible event spaces can accommodate up to 664 guests in a single space and be adapted to fit all event requirements.

Our recent accreditation include AIM Secure and BDRC VenueVerdict Gold Standard In 2019 we also won gold at both the London Venue Awards and the Event Technology Awards in the category, Most Innovative and Tech-Friendly Venue.

In a further step to reassure event buyers that Church House Westminster will be operating Covid-secure events once it reopens for events, the Westminster venue has achieved the rigorous new annual AIM Secure standard.

We’ve successfully applied for the We’re Good To Go! COVID-19 Industry Standard, which confirms that we follow government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, ensuring processes are in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social/physical distancing.

Steeped in history
The current building was designed by the renowned architect, Sir Herbert Baker, and the foundation stone was laid by Her Majesty, Queen Mary on 1937. It took until 1940 to complete and was officially opened by His Majesty, King George Vl, on 10 June 1940.
