It may not have been the year we had in mind.
As we watched the catwalk in our Assembly Hall during London Fashion Week back in February, we were blissfully unaware of the kind of new (and alternative) milestones we’d attain during 2020.
But it’s what you do with what life gives you. So, we’d like to start by thank you for joining us on this journey.
Yes, we’ve found virtual to be a way to connect, however, we are social by nature. Looking back on 2020, one word epitomises the year: kindness. Closely followed by generosity and courage.
Together we have achieved so much, and that is what we are celebrating today. Our industry is something truly special. The strength and resilience of our clients, our teams and suppliers have inspired innovative Covid-secure events with flexibility and adaptability at its core.
The golden thread that binds us is our belief in the power of events. We go into 2021 with hope for more positive opportunities, and look forward to more collaborative working and facilitating new connections and new learnings – be it face-to-face discussions, social networking or celebrations.
Finally, we’d like to thank you for your support throughout 2020 as we look forward together to a New Year filled with the hope of positive opportunities.
