This takes us right back to when we were kids and all the family would gather in the late afternoon on a sunny day to enjoy freshly cut chunks dripping with juice.
Serves 6 – 8
Juice from 5 lemons
5 tbsp orange blossom water
4 tbsp honey
- Skin the watermelon and remove any seeds.
- Chop the watermelon flesh roughly and whizz in a blender.
- Add lemon juice, orange blossom water and honey.
