Meet our guests:

Chris Pinner is the founder of Innerfit and has conducted a global webinar series for a worldwide broadcaster, led executive-level coaching programmes, and ran over 500 client 1-1 sessions. He specialises in sharing practical tips to help people feel and work well.

Lyndsey Taylor is Director of Park Lane Events. With over 20 years of industry experience, Lyndsey specialises in sales and marketing consultation with venues, venue finding hotels & venues throughout the UK & Europe for London-based event buyers, hosting, & attending various networking events in London.

Andrew Johnson has been a well-being coach for over 25 years. He also created a programme of podcasts on now pause, the mental health initiative for the hospitality industry.

During the session, we’ll explore how a healthy mind defines a healthy body, tips on coping with periods of change and uncertainty, making the right habits stick, and cultivating a culture of well-being at work.
