1. Couple goals
Decide together what is important to both of you as a couple. We wanted something that was very symbolic and made a list of what we wanted to incorporate into a part of the day. The day was completely ‘us’.
2. First impressions
We made it our first objective to find the venue first. It was the little touches during the site visit that made our choice venue stood out.
3. Something borrowed, something blue
My mum lent me her prized diamond bracelet and we engraved the blue insoles of my wedding shoes with our names and the date of the wedding. What a keepsake!
4. BFFs
Bridesmaids are so important, and they made the day so relaxing and stress-free.
5. Smile, you are on camera
We hired a photographer and a videographer to capture the day. We knew both of them quite well and for this reason trusted them completely.
